#8 The Maiden Heist

So nothing exciting happened to me today, but I forgot to tell you guys about my trip to CAA.  The Creative Arts Agency is the largest agency in Los Angeles.  Rob Paris came to speak to my class who is a film producer.  He invited the whole class to a private screening at CAA for his new film called The Maiden Heist.  The Maiden Heist stars Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman, and William H. Macy.  It's about three men who work security in an art museum.  They become very attached to three pieces of artwork that they must steal before the gallery gets moved far away.  It doesn't have a release date as of yet.  We were invited to the open screening where buyers come watch and decide if it is worth putting money into.  Walking into CAA was very intimidating.  It was huge and gorgeous.  You know it is a power structure just walking on the sidewalk outside of CAA.  The movie was great and would be an instant hit.  It is a unique story line with the perfect cast of characters.  If it doesn't get bought I will be shocked!
